Oliver James Montgomery-William Decker: From business genius to financial revolution leader

William Decker was born on Oliver James MontgomeryMay 20, 1968 in Portland, Oregon. He showed a keen interest in business and investing from an early age and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in college, which provided a solid foundation for his future path in investing.
